Следствие просит суд оставить режиссера Кирилла Серебренникова под домашним арестом до апреля. В настоящее время по решению суда он находится под домашним арестом до 19 января 2018 года.
Серебренников является обвиняемым по уголовному делу «Седьмой студии» о хищении не менее 68 млн рублей, которые были выделены из государственных средств на театральный проект «Платформа».
На его автомобили, дорогостоящие ювелирные украшения, денежные средства: 12,6 млн рублей, 5 тысяч евро и 87 тысяч долларов, а также квартиру в Германии, приобретенную, им в период совершения хищения, наложен арест. Стоимость квартиры составляет 300 тысяч евро.
По данным РИА Новости, следователь также ходатайствует о продлении меры пресечения и остальным фигурантам дела. Рассмотрение ходатайства состоится 16 января.
Напомним, в конце октября прошлого года, по подозрению в хищении бюджетных средств, выделенных в 2011-2014 гг. «Седьмой студии», была задержана директор Российского академического молодежного театра Софья Апфельбаум, ранее возглавлявшая департамент государственной поддержки искусства и народного творчества Минкультуры России.
По версии следствия, Апфельбаум, вступив в сговор с Кириллом Серебренниковым, в 2011-2014 гг. от имени Минкультуры подписывала с данной организацией соглашения о предоставлении государственных субсидий в сумме свыше 214 млн рублей и обеспечивала последующее согласование поступавшей по итогам их исполнения отчетной документации, содержавшей завышенные сведения о количестве и стоимости проводимых мероприятий, чем способствовала хищению Серебренниковым и иными лицами бюджетных денег.
