Экологические организации из шести стран СНГ провели исследования товаров для детей на токсичность. Как сообщает сайт Госагентства охраны окружающей среды и лесного хозяйства, продукцию покупали в Армении, Беларуси, Казахстане, Кыргызстане, России и Украине.
В тестирование попали 569 товаров для детей, отобранных случайным образом на рынках и в магазинах Бишкека, Еревана, Минска, Алматы, Апрелевки, Коломны, Москвы, Волгограда, Сочи и Киева. Измерения производились при помощи портативного рентгенофлуоресцентного анализатора. Специалисты определяли содержание токсичных металлов. Полученные данные позволили выявить значительную группу товаров, которые содержали свинец, ртуть, мышьяк и сурьму в концентрациях, превышающих допустимые уровни.
«Парадоксально, но на законодательном уровне дети лучше защищены от негативного влияния токсичных металлов, находящихся в почве, нежели от их «присутствия» в игрушках – даже в тех, которые малыши часто берут в рот. Полученные результаты исследования вызывают озабоченность также и в связи с тем, что дети подвергаются дополнительной экспозиции токсичными металлами», - отмечается в отчете экологов.
Исследование товаров для детей, сообщает портал K-News, проводили экологические организации-участницы сети IPEN (International POPs Elimination Network - Международная сеть по ликвидации стойких органических загрязнителей) из стран Восточной Европы, Кавказа и Центральной Азии.
